1. Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to share with us:

• Waitlist signups: first name and email address.
• Contact form submissions: your name, email, and message.
• Money Assessment: the answers you provide during the assessment conversation, your first name and email (if you choose to receive the report), and the AI-generated report we create from your answers.
• Basic site analytics: standard log information such as browser type, device, referring page, and pages visited. This is used to understand how the site is performing and is not linked to you personally.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

1a. The Money Assessment in detail

The Money Assessment is a guided conversation powered by AI. Because it involves sensitive personal information, here is exactly how it is handled:

• AI processing: the conversation and your report are generated using Anthropic's Claude through their business API. Your answers are not used to train AI models, and the provider does not retain your conversation for its own purposes.
• Storage: your answers, report, and contact details are stored in a private, access-controlled database hosted on secure cloud infrastructure in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Internal quality review: a member of our team reviews completed assessments to check the quality and accuracy of the report. That review copy is pseudonymized and shows a session ID rather than your name or email. We look up your contact details only when we need to correct an error in your report or respond to your request.
• Retention: we keep your assessment and report until you ask us to delete them.
• Deletion: every report email includes a one-click delete link that permanently removes your conversation, your report, and the contact details you provided for the assessment. You can also email us to request deletion.
• No sharing: assessment content is never sold, shared with advertisers or data brokers, published, or used as a marketing example.

2. How we use your information

• To notify you when the Wealth Like This™ portal opens.
• To send you educational content, updates, and announcements you've opted into.
• To respond to questions or messages you send through the contact form.
• To improve the website, our content, and the upcoming portal experience.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers that help us operate the site and send communications (for example, our hosting provider, email delivery service, and analytics tools). These providers are bound by confidentiality and may only use your data to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.

4. Email communications

When you join the waitlist or message us, we may send you emails related to Wealth Like This™. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Transactional messages (like a reply to your contact form) may still be sent as needed.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly and to understand site usage in aggregate. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data retention & security

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.
